Very long day

The team bus scheduled to transport the Western Connecticut College to The Yet first failed to show up at WCC at the appointed time. Finally it left that school many hours late only to break down on the MassPike an hour outside the game site. The Beacons team bus drove to the site of the breakdown and carried WCC to The Yet in Waltham. The games finally began at four.

Both teams felt the strain of the long delay and play began at about 4 PM. The results can be seen on the scoreboard at The Yet above --- 4-3 and 12-2.

We will post many photos from the day after returning from Keene, New Hampshire this afternoon. Pix of the Keene State game will also be posted here then as well.
